Dale Cottongim

​Dale Cottongim, SNTC's President, spent twenty years in the Navy serving as a Supply Corps Officer, responsible for the business, financial management of the Navy. Dale founded SNTC in 2011 using business expertise gained from IBM and BearingPoint learning the industry and best practices of professional services industry.  Dale moved to McLane Advanced Technologies into a business development role to broaden his skill set.  Prior to starting SNTC, Dale worked with Sayres and Associates, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business graduating from the 8(a) program specializing in Navy program management support in which he supported growth within the Navy account and the successful transition of Sayres and Associates from the SBA 8(a) program.

The U.S. Navy Supply Corps Foundation exists to perpetuate the values, traditions, and history of the Supply Corps. The Foundation pursues its mission by providing services and programs related to recruiting, training and development, transition, recognition, financial support, family support, camaraderie and commemoration to the Supply Corps community.

Paralyzed Veterans of America, a Congressionally chartered veterans service organization founded in 1946, has developed a unique expertise on a wide variety of issues involving the special needs of our members – veterans of the armed forces who have experienced spinal cord injury or dysfunction.
