SNTC’s senior leadership fully recognizes that a project cannot be considered successful without good quality products and/or services. Because of this, we’ve developed and executed quality management processes to ensure the services we offer provide the most value to our customers. In order to do this, our Project Managers use effective communications and requirements gathering techniques to ensure the quality management plan is developed in compliance with quality requirements of the project. Once this is complete, we utilize a systematic approach to regularly ensure the quality requirements that were documented are appropriate for the project. Our approach includes auditing the quality requirements as well as any results from performing quality control (QC) activities. By using this approach, our Project Managers are performing quality assurance (QA). After we have defined the quality requirements and ensured they are appropriate, the Project Manager will ensure we are controlling the quality of the work being performed. This process is known as QC and is essential to the Quality Management process. All of our applicable QC processes are aligned with guidance in the PMI PMBOK.
