Greg Early, CEO

Greg is a supply chain and logistics professional that has delivered complex enterprise and point solutions to improve operations.  Greg has provided direct support to major enterprise business system implementations as well as operational supply and warehouse management systems within the Department of Defense.  Greg specializes in IT Program Management and the successful implementation of IT systems that improve supply chain and maintenance readiness.

Dale Cottongim, COO

Dale is a procurement and supply chain subject matter expert.  Dale founded SNTC in 2011 to provide the Defense Department customers with expertise and advisory services that improve procurement, contracting and acquisition management compliance and effectiveness.  Dale is a sought after expert for policy and regulations related to procurement, contracting and acquisition program management.

W. Michael Polster

Michael has served as the Chief Growth Officer of a major defense contractor that specializes in IT program support across the Federal Government.  Currently Michael serves as a Principal within Piece Capital, an equity and portfolio management company that specializes in Government contracting community.

Paralyzed Veterans of America, a Congressionally chartered veterans service organization founded in 1946, has developed a unique expertise on a wide variety of issues involving the special needs of our members – veterans of the armed forces who have experienced spinal cord injury or dysfunction.

The U.S. Navy Supply Corps Foundation exists to perpetuate the values, traditions, and history of the Supply Corps. The Foundation pursues its mission by providing services and programs related to recruiting, training and development, transition, recognition, financial support, family support, camaraderie and commemoration to the Supply Corps community.
